About Chinmaya
The Chinmaya Prajna Prathisthanam (CPP) state-of-the-art education facility is nestled in the heart of Kochi city, right on Warriam Road. Situated amidst the vibrant surroundings, it provides students with a unique chance to immerse themselves in the captivating essence and energy of this bustling metro city.
Chinmaya Eswar Gurukula (CEG), the headquarters of CVV, is nestled in the captivating beauty of Kerala. Sprawled across a breathtaking ten-acre expanse, this picturesque campus is enveloped by verdant landscapes, adorned with enchanting temple shrines and serene lily ponds. CEG is housed in the maternal birth home of Sri Adi Sankaracharya and provides a serene and secure atmosphere that students easily adapt to and take as their home.
The Chinmaya Lalita Vidya Pratishthanam (LVP) stands proud with its world-class infrastructure and commitment to an environment-friendly campus life. Located on a vast expanse of 80 acres in Onakkoor (near Piravom), a mere 12 km from the current campus at Adi Sankara Nilayam, Veliyanad, LVP provides an idyllic setting for academic pursuits. The recently inaugurated CVV Institute of Science & Technology, offering engineering and MBA programs supported by CLP, eagerly awaits students for the upcoming academic year 2023-24.

The Ph.D. programme at Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth (CVV) encourages scholars to pursue interdisciplinary research that integrates Indic wisdom with contemporary knowledge systems. As a ‘de novo’ institution, the programme aims to create original and cutting-edge research that highlights the Indic wisdom traditions and their applications in the present context. Furthermore, CVV also encourages the scholar to pursue any other disciplinary or interdisciplinary research that investigates a national or human concern. The Ph.D. programme complies with the regulatory guidelines issued by UGC.
